When will get 64-bit PDF converter for 64-bit Firefox variants (Cyberfox, Waterfox, etc.)

i use 64-bit firefox variants (cyberfox, waterfox, etc.), , frustrated pdf converter addin acrobat pro x , xi not yet work them.  understand 64-bit dll needed add-in work.  inasmuch pdf converter works 64-bit ie-9 , ie-10 , office2007/2010, @ loss understand why 64-bit pdf converter add-in firefox 64-bit variants not available.  when?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
