Which disk out of 2 should I use?

i have:

intel 520 cherry ville 120gb ssd drive

 

2

2tb sata hard drive

 

 

#1 booting , os, #2 files. 1 should use scratch disks?

the 120gb drive small use.  have use other.  hope internal.

 

can expect use 50 150 gb scratch, depending on how big of files, layers, effects, etc.
