Captivate 6 - How do I get .gifs in my training to animate properly?

hello,

 

i inserted animated gif training image, during playback, doesn't animate.  there way utlize gifs , keep animation properties?

when press "animation button" in object placeholder, , select .gif file import on hard drive, captivate crashes ....

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
