Compatibility list of camera for live recording

in order improve presentations, plan buy camera, in prosumer range, sony vg30 example.

this kind of camera allow playback recording, wondering if there "compatibility list" adobe approved models working presenter.

or @ least, kind of recommendations working equipment, instead of webcam.

we haven't done sufficient test handycams/live camera, don't recommend it, though can test if have camcorder , firewire port in system. in setup, need dvdriver link -> http://www.trackercam.com/tcamweb/download.htm

but again, not recommended. if you're buying new camera record using presenter, buy 1 recommended list.

 

please follow checklist before recording video adobe presenter video creator :-

  • are video card driver date? please check whether have latest driver manufacturer’s site.  
  • are unnecessary applications closed?
  • do have sufficient free space on hard disk? @ least 5 gb needed, around 15 gb recommended.
  • are webcam drivers date? recommended install webcam driver webcam cd or webcam company’s site.
  • are capturing video in well-lit environment? webcams perform poorly in bad lighting.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
