Encoded in Media Encoder, still says "un transcoded" in Encore Why?

hi,

i noticed in encore, timeline encoded h.264 blu-ray file , imported encore timeline, needs transcoding. says "untranscoded."

why this?

i thought once encoded in media encoder premiere pro cs 5.5, , imported encore, should not need transcoding.

when did encode it, did make h.264 blu-ray, pcm audio. thing changed target , max bit rate.

did wrong?

thanks in advance
