Errors when entering responses manually

i have been encountering error, when manually entering responses existing (and open) form in adobe formcentral.

 

we collecting registrations annual event, , majority of people register online (via form). however, less quarter of of participants still use snail mail registration. not problem, means have enter them manually.

 

my coworker has been entering them, , has had number of issues. clicking 'add row' , typing information in. worked awhile, has sinced caused number of issues. instance, click on first field , start typing , information visible, go blank when clicks enter next field. have tried 'clear formatting' , deleting cell contents, seems there wrong in program. has stopped clicking 'add row' , instead has resorted hitting return last field, allows add new row, in has clear formatting before accept content being added.

 

this adds step, slowing down process considerably.

 

in addition, when entering in longer information, if pauses, automatically clear contents of cell. so, if starts typing 123 longwood blvd, pauses double check spelling or number, disappears. frustrated least! there setting change how long can active in cell? there field, formula bar in excel, can type content in instead?

 

is there missing? did few searches, , didn't see else similar error or issue, have decided start own. thought might issue browser, doesn't seem case.

 

any thoughts , potential ways fix these issues?

also can tell me os/browser , flash player version using? check flash version can use http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html. if don't use latest one, please upgrade see if helps.

 

 

is there setting change how long can active in cell? there field, formula bar in excel, can type content in instead?

 

no, don't have such field, in place editing allowed.
