Exported as ProRes 422 HQ , but "info" says H.264. Why?

when in premier pro, export project prores 422 hq quicktime movie.

yet, when right click , "get info" says it's h.264 file.

 

i'm using macbook pro 13", late 2009, snow leopard.

i don't know if helps, have cs6, latest quicktime, plus qt7. have fcx installed in trial mode have yet open it.

 

anyone know why says "h.264" when should "prores"?

when export prores files doesn't h.264 in "get info" section. shows codec "apple prores 422, linear pcm, timecode". it's .mov file of course i'm thinking somehow have accidentally checked. in settings, before hit export, show prores hq in "summary: output"? have no idea why see h264 i'm totally guessing here. when export prores, select "quicktime" format, , "apple prores 422" (or 422 hq) preset , should show codec in both output summary , video tab below. luck!
