Extracting data from dynamic form into Access database tables

have created dynamic form comprising 4 subforms, 1 of can have 50 instances. each of subforms requires user input various text fields , dropdown lists. subform can have 50 instances has 14 text fields/dropdown lists.

 

my problem if receive 15 completed forms differing numbers of completed instances how can extract data access database table or tables? spreadsheet option in acrobat pro xi creates rows of varying field lengths (identifying form row number in long text hierarchy format) requires lengthy cutting , pasting table format.

 

is possible directly extract input data multiple completed dynamic forms access database table or tables? can me?

 

i have been able use firstobject xml editor read xml data file created when user completed form create file can imported access.  having trouble adding subform instances using action builder in designer es4, version 11.0.  can provide appreciated.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
