I am 72. Old computer died. New one has Windows 7 Prof. Can I install Photoshop CS2?

i've been using photoshop since version 4. worked cs2, not suite. old computer xp died , new 1 has windows 7. can install on new one? i'm terrified try because not computer expert. can on this? cs3 (alone, not suite) compatible windows 7? use photoshop , indesign , don't need extras. went friend's house , tried photoshop in cs3 suite. can't figure out how cut things out using paths. cs 3 photoshop (not suite) comparible cs2?  please me.

do own photoshop cs2 , indesign cs2 or suite containing both?

and download 2 needed programs (note serial numbers on download page) , download , install 2 programs using serial numbers download page. 

 

you can install on win 7 computer without using compatibility mode.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
