I can't create a To Be Read First in DVD format but works in flash format

i create project intro read first (the first chapter) , go main menu.

in flow chart ok

in preview ok

 

if build using flash works charme

 

if build in dvd image read first not read. dvd goes directly main menu ...

 

 

encore cs6, windows 8

 

any help

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
