InDesign trial crash/Error saving as PDF

i downloaded indesign cs6 trial piece magazine creaing senior project. 20 pages, , use quite few images. first got export error tried replacing images smaller versions. didn't work. tried "divide , conquer" method. able export cover blurry, low quality pdf. when tried exporting cover , first spread (pages 2 , 3), got error again. when tried export magazine whole, stopped exporting @ pages 4 , 5 (spread 2). tried sorts of quality differences, , closing programs. when removed images spread 2 , 3, still got error.

 

i tried closing indesign , browsed site solutions. when tried opening indesign again pop box error: 16 telling me uninstall , reinstall product.

 

this due , graduation sorta relies on this. i've been tampering ages , have no time reamake it. please help.

it sounds "sort of" did divide , conquer. don't presume problem on particular page because export stops there. pages 2 & 3 export alone? 4 & 5?   if continues fail images removed, it's problem in text. try moving text frames pasteboard (don't delete them) , see if makes difference.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
