Sections and articles in TOC

we make use of sections in our folio, display articles within each section in toc. possible? or have choose either/or: sections, in case none of articles show, section names; or no sections?

 

if either/or possible, there no way bypass this?

 

need answer asap please, thanks.

unfortunately, article names don't appear in toc when sections turned on.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
