Thread: Can resume from suspend thru remote control only once

i have following problem. have asrock vision 3d 252b. have installed ubuntu 11.10 on using howto from:

running "stable" eden version suggested . nvidia driver 280.13. xbmc running smoothly.

however. if suspend system (using remote) system correctly suspends. if press power-button on remote system starts resuming , correctly resumes operation. if suspend system again power-button of remote not start resume action anymore. suspend cycle using remote works once. have no idea how fix or should/look (var/log/dmesg?) information on how resolve strange behaviour. ideas?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
