Trouble Downloading

i want install adobe audition. now, i've installed program on computer in past part of adobe free trial experience, program uninstalled once 30 day trial complete. now, when login creative cloud, can't download adobe audition or photoshop because says "program date." how past this?

please use creative suite cleaner tool ( http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html ) remove of cs6 applications installed.

download latest aam ( http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpid=4773 ) , try installing adobe audition or photoshop.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
