Cannot access my Digital Publishing Suites with my Appps Adobe id's

i have adobe professional subscribtion ... here can acces dashborad ... both adobe (for 2 apps) can not?

and need acces publish latest version of folios

what wrong.

contact gold support assistance. log in using id gets access dashboard , contact info support in bottom middle of page.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
