change of destination drive for download

i short of space on c drive; deleted of adobe it, tried download d drive, never gave me option select destination drive .... doing wrong?

the download of installer goes browser's default download folder.

 

the install destination can specified (on windows, @ least) on first panel of offline installer ('change destination folder'), can download http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
