CS6 brand new program Indesign Missing Plug ins?

on brand new mac book pro , brand new cs6 creative suite programs installed flying colors, exception of indesign. opens after 400 error messages plugins???? can "use it" many buttons stuck in not use light grey??? do???

run creative suite cleaner tool, install again.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
