Having Problems with Premiere Pro CS6 and Media Encoder

i have been using media encoder months premiere pro stopped working. gets stuck trying connect dynamic link , fails.

 

i've been trying fix while following instructions online , might have screwed things up. there way uninstall premiere pro , media encoder can reinstall them?

 

i have creative cloud membership.

first, go help>deactivate...

 

then uninstall usual.  after, run adobe clean script.  reboot, , reinstall.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
