photoshop CS5 creative cloud problem

joined , installed 13.0.4 without difficulty.

 

now have license trial everytime start app,

 

undate manager fails upgrade 13.1.2 following note: screen shot 2013-05-07 @ 12.47.43 pm.png

 

repeated attempts produce same result.

 

use imac 17, 16gb, os 10.8.3

 

any help?

not having mac i'm not sure, solution go along these lines.

 

deactivate serial-numbered license.

 

then try run photoshop, , log in cloud-enabled adobe id when prompted.

 

note activation of cloud subscription may take little time  (hours possibly days) after you've paid.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
