Question about Canon 6D

i can't download raw images canon 6d pse 8.  have advice?

canon 6d needs acr 7.3 supported in pse 11. can find information here : http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/camera-raw-plug-supported-cam eras.html

to work pse 8, need dng converter convert raw images dng , can open dng files in pse 8.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
