This is more of a complaint than anything
i been waiting upgrade months, wanted wait , see new updates in pla adobe cs suite excited hear announcement on monday may 6. purchased , upgrade adobe director , saw cs6 master collection still available disk wanted wait monday. monday comes around , find out there no more cs suite cc cloud subscriptions. cannot afford cloud membership @ full retail along minimum internet access due monthly data caps. decided buy upgrade of cs6 master collection , find out sell via download only. when asked when did change on line other day, rep responded few hrs ago.. (are kidding me!!!) im geting out of work @ 5pm not longer after announcement , cant cd version when aske if can escelate management thire response oh tell same thing. asked cds have in wearhouse respond dont know figure out. understand company better you, @ least give time people decide want. know i'm grain of sand in beach , words not reach appropriate people feel customer service needs lot of improvement when comes major changes. fact feel not customer inconvinience shows me customer focus slipping when told no options available after 3 hrs of announcement along fact im here writing in consumer forum vent because there no info on how file complaints , concerns... i'm upset , dissapointed in adobe , lost loyal customer
