Thread: Drivespace3 readable under Ubuntu?

i'm trying friends have couple of floppies compressed under windows 98 using drivespace3 no longer have windows 98. can type of compression read under ubuntu , how go doing it?

other options see find windows 98 machine or find windows 98 installation disks , install them in virtual machine.

thanks.

a win98 vm might easiest way. there linux driver drivespace (dmsdos) recent version can locate around 2000 , doesn't work modern linux kernels. there seems version of in netbsd (see ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/curr...os/readme.html ), imho easier using win98 vm trying netbsd running (in or out of vm)
