Thread: Which are the most important security add-ons for firefox?

opinions vary on issue want see others think this. have no-script , adblock-plus. wonder should install these: betterprivacy, flashblock, nuke enhanced, adblock plus pop-up, browse protect, eraser. in case 1 keeps installing add-ons, @ stage there may clash among these add-ons. needed add-ons out of listed here or there other add-on(s) 1 should consider?

i think web of trust (wot) sufficient if have noscript. although opinions on wot extreme (they seem bash advertising), can give heads-up.

firefox , other browsers catch on fast phishing sites.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
