What is the best way to increase the number of activations for a device / ios app?

i have adobe id use many ereader devices / ios applications (i'm part of development team has app has adobe support built app, , need use same id on 20+ devices potentially @ same time - different device types, os version , app versions), provide ability access adobe drm'd files. i'm aware of activation limit , i'm wondering best way request increase in activation limit.
