ALL my pictures are turning b&w after importing. Please tell me why?? :/

i'm new lightroom 4. had 3 until recently, , upgraded nikon d7000 d5100, had no problem with. tonight after imported shoot, pictures started turning black , white 1 one in front of me. have check camera settings see if mistakenly shot that, other that, there other reason why happened? i've done pressing v on each photo, color gets screwed seems like. please if has gone through before.

no need long these raw files. files color, b/w conversion done in raw converter (lightroom). import presets?
