Graphics driver issues with PE 11 -update needed?

help, help, received message on pe  11 when opened yesterday.  " have detected incompatible display driver, please update display driver.  i'm using pe 11 , intel(r) hd graphics 4000 3.0.0 - build 9.18.10.3071."    when go intel website, says have latest display driver.  worked fine in pe 11 until yesterday when got incompatibility message, , pe videos show white screen audio there.  have tried updating drivers , have current one.  i'm windows 7 64 bit on samsung series 7 chronos laptop (six months old).   turn?

by searching in forum on words : 'incompatibl driver', find recommandation solve issue :

1 update driver, if necessary

2 delete baddrivers.txt file indicated in links in forum.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
