Help with adding Web forms Modules

i need adding modules.  i've added blog , working on estore , have added catalog , products.

 

with said, when use bc tutorials of tutorials place cursor in content editor want form appear in page.  however, when place cursor in content editor, can place in 1 space , in upper left corner of page below header.  advice on how place cursor in other parts of content editor or explanation on bc means placing cursor in content editor?

 

also, when use 1 click add, module tag populates , sometime doesn't.  there reason why populates?

 

in addition, when using 1 click placement of module , module tag not populate find id module?
