help with adobe fonts-buy, install error message

i purchase few fonts adobe. how go doing , installing them? need update/upgrade them on years?  each time go font site , click on font, got error message : 'you may not have need view sections of adobe.com. . . ..it mentioned browser may '......earlier ie 4 not supported.....'  have win7 64 bit ie 10 don't know what's problem. suggestion, anyone?

first of all, cannot buy adobe fonts, rather license them.

 

assuming referring opentype fonts, such fonts may readily installed either dragging , dropping .otf font file fonts control panel window or by right clicking on .otf file , selecting install function.

 

although adobe has done minor updates fonts on years, there have not been available update or upgrade programs them. same true other major font vendors.

 

windows 7 64-bit in conjunction internet explorer 10 seems work fine me <http://www.adobe.com/type>.

 

do have adobe flash installed on system? believe website works without it, may problem.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
