Highlighting player in volleyball video

i creating video of granddaughte's volleyball games send college coaches recruiting purposes.  need highlight make easier coaches pick out.  can in adobe premiere elements 8?

i've seen done in version 9.  tools track matte key, motion traking , keyframes.  unfortunately, don't remember details , have not tried it.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
