Horizontal sub navigation

i asked yesterday

smeone replied suggesting create horizontal sub navigation, rather default dropdown, should create manual menu (in menu options)

unfortunately not work

 

when create manual menu can in fact choose add menu items horizontally (see screenshot)

 

 

so can click plus symbol right , create horizontal menu

but when hover on services when preview page in browser, first tab of sub navigation appears

(i have hover on services services 1 appear, hover on services 1 services 2 appear etc.)

i them appear default vertical dropdown sub navigation

i think problem muse treating these items separate levels of navigation?

 

if knows of way can create second level of sub navigation functions default dropdown sub navigation, appears horizontally, please help!

in further versions of muse cool if had ability drag dropdown menu items around reposition them horizontally

it see each button sides heirarchal sub-nav.

 

we have tried accomlish same result.  our solution, chose not go with, create accordian (set "can close all") menu inside.  chose not go since additional menu item not go away uness clicked on top bar again of accordian again making clumsy set-up.

 

as typing thinking tooltip.  try creating tooltip each main menu item (or set tooltip inside eeach menu spot) , set horizontal menu within each tooltip...  not sure if work, if willing try it may worth it.
