I am on a Toshiba netbook w/ a very small monitor but cannot press the button to accept the License?

i on toshiba netbook model nb 305. has small monitor when trying accept license agreeement, there no button check, anywhere on page. window not resizable , not able proceed using software b/c unable accept agreement! moved taskbar right, instead of bottom b/c doing helped me load ms office suite , accept agreement did not in case. button not there it's not case of small of screen. can now? arrrrgh - s.o.s!
