Need help with 3d mapping, part of design is showing up transparent

the words coca cola in red in design , whenever add 3d mapping red no longer red transparent. stroke grey on bottle.

 

can me? settings should  for?

that mapping looks rather complex. did use scribble effect in it?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
