PDF's printing the size of postage stamp

recently when try print pdf program on printer, 8.5x11 document print size of postage stamp in upper right or left hand corner. settings in printer drivers fine , print preview looks fine, actual print very, tiny. has been happening last 3 weeks, pdf's printing before this. have not made changes computer or either of our 2 printers. 1 other person in our office having problems this, else printing pdf's fine. there have been issue update?

what reader version?  setting page sizing & handling?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
