Photoshop CS6 printing size issue

i'm having strange issue. upgraded cs 6 , able print no issues few weeks.

yesterday tried print file had printed day prior no issus, find document size appearing in print dialogue box large. document size 11x17 resolution of 300, , print box shows tiny image in middle of page 77.264 in x 49.986 in.

 

if try print scale, nothing shows on printer. if fit scale , try print document size, it's printing huge (400% larger)

 

my print settings correct, thought maybe driver issue i'm having same issue on printer use, seems coming photoshop. trashed preferences on startup, issue remains. can't figure out what's going on. here's screen shot

additional info: other documents having same issue in photoshop cs6 when trying print.

document prints fine in cs5 , illustrator cs6.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
