Thread: ATI, NVidia and 3 monitors

running ubuntu server 10.04 ubuntu-desktop packages installed.
i'm trying 3 monitor setup here. have ati radeon 2400 hd card running 2 monitors , nvidia geforce 6200 running third one. i've gotten xorg.conf point can comment out "screen" line in server layout , each card works fine separately. once use together, that's x crashes.
according xorg log, i'm getting seg fault. here's error , backtrace:

i've got xorg.conf file attached.

i'm guessing have conflict between nvidia glx , ati glx modules, i'm not sure how fix it.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
