Thread: Is there another linux distribution that has something like Ubuntu Restricted Extras?

i've played little bit other distributions , seems more difficult equivalent "ubuntu restricted extras" on other non-ubuntu distributions.

know of similar "restricted extras" in linux distribution?

just wondering distro tried? rpm based? don't follow debian model, typically end adding lot more third party repos normal. if ubntu based distro, such mint, able install restricted extras.

think it's partly because rpm users used adding third party repos distros fedora less willing sucha package - @ end of day mp3 heavily licensed - not open source, theoretically in trouble in debian have add repo - think ice weasel instead of firefox!
