Thread: Periodic Rest Reminder

i'd pop-up and/or audible reminder rest eyes , hands every 30 minutes of continuous activity. if stepped away computer meeting , came 29 minutes later wouldn't interrupt 1 minute later.

ideally it'd have option overlook brief (10 sec) breaks.

while recall finding x11 app this, never seemed work. regardless, can't find it.

edit: know of such app?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
