Thread: Sound Problems

hey guys. didn't think have post here again, ran problem. tried running skype on ubuntu 11.10. works fine except microphone. used recorder check see if skype problem , didn't work either. downloaded pulseaudio volume control , managed recorder work temporarily. had make recording work out of front-right side or front-left side. if both sides turned on, microphone wouldn't work. so, slid bar down on front-left side , worked. but, recorder push 100%. readjusted , wanted see if worked in skype. no such luck. there way can fix this? have unchecked box in skype shouldn't change volume levels. starting bug me...lol
