i online using cdma modem trough wvdial. ubuntu didn't recognize online. cant use service ubuntu software center , ubuntu 1 can't click join button.
example: in ubuntu sofware center install button disable, cant write review.

when message says, "you need internet connection" doesn't mean offline, it's reminder.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
